Statewide founder Jim O’Donnell is a former Sheriff's deputy. Mr. O'Donnell is a presenter at conferences and seminars on water security issues. He is a former Commissioner for the Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District and understands the financial and political issues revolving around security implementation today. Statewide is licensed through the Sandia National Laboratories RAM-W to do vulnerability assessments.
